Introduction
Cicero Networks is a leading provider of wVoIP (wireless VoIP) and Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) software to enable the convergence of fixed and mobile communications for operators and service providers. Job Description
As Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work with Cicero Networks sales and marketing personnel to promote Cicero Networks products to prospective customer and partner organizations. You will be responsible for determining how the Cicero product set matches customer requirements and demonstrate this capability in the Cicero Networks and/or customer environment. You will also be responsible for addressing customer requirements both through e-mail and in response to formal Requests for Proposals. You will be expected to travel on occasion, primarily in Europe.

Primary Responsibilities/Expected Job Outcomes
Interact with prospective customers and partners (presentations, meetings, etc.)

Set-up and conduct demonstrations of Cicero Networks’ solutions.

Contribute to sales proposals and responses to operator Requests for Proposals.
Develop understanding of customer requirements and existing infrastructure.
Demonstrate interoperability between Cicero software and partner/telco environments.
Provide strong knowledge of:

>> market addressed by Cicero Networks

>> Cicero Networks product offerings

>> competitor and partner offerings

Contribute to Cicero Networks product marketing material.
Contribute to Cicero Networks product road-map.

Desired Skills
5-10 years experience in the telecoms/software industries.
Knowledge and experience of the telecommunications industry.

Hands-on knowledge of computing and networking technologies.

Highly-developed written and verbal communications skills.
Experience in working in a software vendor environment.
Ability to grow and adapt as the company develops.
