Ross Brennan, co-founder and CEO
Ross is co-founder and CEO of Cicero Networks. He has seventeen years experience in the international software industry. Ross was formerly head of sales and marketing with Exaxe, where as a member of the senior management team he was responsible for expanding the company’s operations across international markets. Ross has also held senior management positions with Flexicom, Misys and Accenture. Ross holds a B. Comm from University College Dublin, Ireland

Mary Doyle, co-founder and CTO
Mary is co-founder and CTO of Cicero Networks. Mary has twenty-two years experience in the design and development of software program products for international markets. Previously, Mary was a Board Director and CTO of Softech Telecom (now Soft-ex) where she was responsible for redevelopment of their market-leading Ringmaster product. Prior to Softech, Mary was senior technical architect in IBM Ireland’s Software Laboratory. Mary was named on patents filed during her time with IBM and Softech. Mary holds a B.Sc from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Gerry Gielty, VP Engineering
Gerry joined Cicero in 2007 as VP of Engineering. With over ten years experience in engineering management with software product companies he brings a wealth of experience in product development and customer implementations. Before joining Cicero, Gerry worked as Director of Dispute Resolution Products with Trintech (formerly Exceptis) where he led an Engineering team to develop and deliver chargeback and fraud management software to Tier 1 banks in Europe, the US, and Australia. Prior to this Gerry spent 9 years implementing FX and options trading systems for AIB and HSBC in London. Gerry holds a BSc in Computer Systems from University of Limerick, Ireland.

Elaine Treacy, VP Marketing & Strategic Alliances
Elaine has over fifteen years experience within the Software Industry in both the US and Europe. Most recently, Elaine was Senior Vice President, Marketing at Baltimore Technologies plc, where she was responsible globally for product marketing and marketing communications. Previously, she spent five years with Enterprise Ireland advising companies on software marketing strategy, including two years as Vice President of Technology Products Division in New York. Elaine holds a BComm degree and a Masters of Business Studies Degree from University College, Galway, Ireland.
